Recognising a culture of trust: Tute is Great Place To Work certified

We are proud to share that Tute’s results from this year’s Great Place To Work survey show that our organisation is a great place to work.

This was the first time Tute colleagues took part in the Great Place To Work survey as part of Outcomes First Group. Within the Group-wide survey, Tute achieved a 92% trust score, reflecting very strong levels of trust, engagement, and pride among our team.

These results align with what we have consistently seen through our own staff feedback over many years. Colleagues describe Tute as a place where they feel trusted to do their work, supported by managers and peers, and motivated by the impact they have on young people. Strong relationships, openness, and a shared sense of purpose continue to define the experience of working here.

Outcomes First Group has been named a Great Place To Work for the sixth year running. Taking part in the survey as part of the Group has allowed us to see Tute’s culture reflected within a wider organisational context, while remaining confident in what makes our own working environment strong.

We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who shared their views through the survey. These results reinforce our commitment to listening to colleagues and continuing to build an organisation where people feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
