Tute’s quality leader will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between the quality of teaching and learning and the outcomes achieved by students. Working within the quality department, the role will bridge the gap between strategic design and day-to-day delivery, ensuring quality processes are delivered consistently and that evidence from these activities informs ongoing improvement.
Marketing Associate

The marketing associate will help turn Tute’s message into action, supporting marketing activity that gets the right partners to notice us, understand us, choose us, and use us well. The role will help create, coordinate, deliver, and report on campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, partner engagement, and regional growth.
Safeguarding Associate
£22,779 - £27,586 (Pro-rata)
Tute’s safeguarding associate will play an important role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of safeguarding across Tute. As the number of students accessing Tute has grown, the volume and complexity of safeguarding concerns has also increased. This role provides dedicated safeguarding capacity, ensuring concerns are reviewed, triaged, recorded, communicated and followed up promptly and appropriately.
Student Support Associate

Tute’s student support associate (SSA) will play a key role in our pastoral care programme, ensuring every student’s educational experience at Tute is supportive and nurturing. This role is pivotal in delivering a service that considers the comprehensive needs of our students, crafting support structures that encourage trust, engagement, and accomplishment. Maternity cover for 12 months.
Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic operations associate to join and bolster our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This position is crucial for expanding our capacity during our busiest period to deliver outstanding support to our partners (customers) and ensure the seamless delivery of our live online lessons. In this role, you will find yourself at the heart of our operations function, directly impacting our experience of our partners and students.
