Quality assured by the DfE, Tute is your trusted online teaching partner

Key stage 1

At KS1, our provision balances rigour with the enjoyment and fun that learning offers our youngest students, whatever their circumstances

Through a nurturing approach and exciting lessons as alternative provision or intervention, students progress through learning and repeating key concepts; acquiring and revisiting skills; and exploring and reinforcing ideas.

Our provision focuses on English and maths as the key to unlock a progressively wider provision available to our students from KS2.

Intent

Built in partnership with schools, LAs, and NMs, Tute's provision has been shaped to meet the needs of their students (as well as their budgets and priorities).

Implementation

Tute's provision is delivered either as a shared or a private provision by fully qualified teachers. Our curriculum range and timetables offer flexibility that makes our provision work for you.

Impact

Progress and engagement is tracked in each lesson and updated live in our Tute platform. Our impact and evaluation manager monitors students' outcomes and experience to assess impact.

Our key stage 1 provision promise

Delivered by passionate primary specialists with QTS, all lessons sit within a structured scheme of learning mapped to the National Curriculum to ensure consistency and continuity. Assessment for learning is integral to every lesson and students benefit from instant and ongoing feedback and positive reinforcement from their teachers. Collaboration and support for one another are encouraged in our small-group lessons to engage and to promote positive early learning experiences.
