Curriculum Timetables

Shared provision for the Autumn term

Timetable slots are two hours (e.g., 09:00-11:00) and consist of two lessons starting at each hour within that slot.

There are two lessons starting at each hour within that slot lasting for 45 minutes (e.g., either 09:00-09:45 or 10:00-10:45).

Students will be assigned to one of these two slots to maintain smaller group sizes (e.g., either 09:00 or 10:00).

If there is more than one subject choice in a slot, students can be enrolled into both and will have two 45-minute lessons in that slot.

A personalised timetable will be provided for each student.

The Tute Learning Cloud

Built specifically for teaching and learning

We harness the power of technology to bring high-quality teaching to all students. Using chat, microphone and interactive whiteboard tools, pupils engage with their teacher and peers in real time.

Our teachers draw on a wealth of practice, experience, features, and student interaction to create a pedagogically driven approach that is designed and refined to work in the online environment.

Track progress, engagement, and attendance with ease

Everything you need for seamless implementation of Tute in your setting

A Tute partner will have access to their own portal in Tute’s platform to view student information.

After every lesson, Tute teachers assess student progress and engagement in the platform against the scheme of learning objectives. They also provide a suggestion for the student’s progress.

Attendance is tracked in each lesson. If a student has not attended within 5 minutes, designated contacts (including parents if you wish) receive an email notification.

The Tute partner can conveniently access comprehensive and summarized information through the platform, with the option to download reports for seamless sharing with others.

As Head of Customer Management, I lead our team and we are all committed to ensuring that our partners (you!) and our students have the best experience with Tute.

My 15 years of experience as Head of Modern Foreign Languages mean that I understand both the challenges in education today and the value of Tute’s pedagogy.

Beyond education, I love building meaningful relationships with our customers. I’m a people person, so I genuinely enjoy engaging in conversations to understand your needs better.

To relax outside of work, I enjoy socialising, reading, crafts, and singing.

Sara Prytherch

Customer Management Executive

With a strong educational background in education and childhood studies, I bring practical experience from diverse classroom settings. My understanding of educational systems and teaching allows me to guide our partners in choosing the best curriculum for their students’ needs.

Combined with valuable customer service skills acquired from my retail experience, I am dedicated to providing excellent support to schools.

Outside work, you’ll find me exploring new places, travelling to different countries, and trying new mouthwatering cuisines!

Daren Fairhurst

Customer Management Specialist

Before working for Tute, I was a teacher and head of department for 29 years teaching business and ICT courses across KS3-5. Many years of teaching experience has given me a unique insight into the challenges facing schools and staff currently.

I moved to Tute in 2019 and working here gives me an opportunity to use my knowledge and experience daily to support education settings and their students to reach their full potential through the advice and support I am able to give.

In my spare time, I enjoy philately and listening to music along with taking part in online quiz competitions.

Julie Hughes

New to Tute, I am excited and can’t wait to support our partners! This role combines my extensive experience in both education and business. With four years working in a school, I understand students’ needs and their challenges. My 12+ years as a business coordinator mean I am used to providing excellent support and communicating effectively.

Passionate about fostering positive learning experiences, I’m dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of students.

Outside work, I love camping, going on holidays, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
