World Mental Health Day
For 'World Mental Health Day' we've been reflecting on strategies that we can all use to support better mental health and wellbeing.
To model this concept, some of the Tute team have shared their top tips on how they look after their own wellbeing.
The students responded so positively, with some sharing their top tips and others sharing the challenges faced whilst waiting for support.
It’s been an important opportunity for our whole Tute community to reflect on their experiences and prioritise their mental health and wellbeing too!
