Accessing your tute lessons from home is easy... but if you do encounter any problems then our Home Access Help articles can be found below.
Please make sure you are using a desktop or laptop PC with Google Chrome as your web browser.

Adobe Flash Player - How to unblock Flash in Google Chrome
You may find that Chrome has blocked Flash and it is preventing you from connecting to your classroom. When this happens, clicking the Adobe Flash icon in the top left corner of the screen does nothing..
Follow these steps to unblock Adobe Flash Player:
-
At the far right hand side of the address bar is a small Jigsaw piece icon with a red 'X' - click it
-
A notification box appears - click 'Manage'
-
A new tab will open displaying Chrome Flash Settings. Locate the following sentence and click the greyed out switch to turn it on (blue)
-
Now return to the lesson tab and refresh the page. You are now able to click the Adobe Flash Icon and select ' Allow' to connect to your lesson.
I can't hear my teacher - Audio Help
Check your volume is up and not muted on your PC. If using a headset, make sure it is properly connected and that any volume controls are turned up and not muted.
Make sure you are connected to the lesson audio by checking for a microphone or speaker icon next to your username:
If you do not have either icon showing next to your username, click the Audio button in the top left corner and select Mic or Listen only. If you select Mic, follow the Audio Test instructions on screen to ensure your microphone works.
If you are still having problems, check your device system audio settings and ensure you have allowed access to your microphone - see 'Allowing Access to your Microphone - Permissions' section.

Allowing Access to your Microphone - Managing Permissions
Once the lesson loads you will be asked to 'Allow' access to your microphone. Always allow access when prompted.
If access to your Microphone is blocked, you will see a camera icon with a red X on the far right hand side of Google Chromes' address bar.
Click it, then select 'Manage'. Click the switch to change the setting to 'Ask before accessing (recommended)'
Return to the lesson tab, refresh the page, and make sure you click 'Allow' when prompted.
