Elective Home Education

About Elective Home Educators

Elective Home Education (EHE) is where a choice has been made by parents to provide education for their children at home – or at home and in some other way which they choose – instead of sending them to school full-time. This is different to education provided by a local authority otherwise than at a school – for example, tuition for children who are too ill to attend school.

Tute's purpose

Students at studying at home and require additional support when completing GCSE or A Level Courses. Tute was utilised to provide courses in a range of subject areas, both as shared courses (with other students, schools or providers) and private courses tailored specifically to individual need.

My son struggled in a "normal" classroom environment so Tute was the obvious choice for him. I can not thank Tute enough for the help and support given to my son. He went on to pass all his GCSEs... I know that without Tute he wouldn't be where he is now!
